We are growing and excited to add a Production Line Maintenance Technician to the team who will perform various activities necessary for assuring compliance to company policies and procedures by performing core functions of quality oversight in the production environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

· Perform set up of liquid production lines (conveyors, fillers, cappers, heat sealers, labelers, case tapers...)

· Perform PMs and regular maintenance equipment (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical)

· Repair production equipment as needed in an accurate and timely manner

· Conduct changeovers in an urgent manner

· Control downtime with strong diagnostic and predictive maintenance skills

· Other duties as needed.

Required Skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Data entry, basic computer skills

· Highly organized

· Self-starter

Minimum Qualifications

· Minimum two years’ experience

· Forklift certified

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Must have the ability to bend, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods of time.

· Basic math skills

· Strong mechanical intuition

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
